Meet the Team

Our aim is to reflect the church leadership model outlined in Scripture (Phil. 1.1). According to the Bible, there are two primary offices of leadership in the church: pastors and deacons.

The first office, as described in Phil. 1.1, is the pastor. This role encompasses various functions within the church, as evidenced by the different terms used in Scripture to describe it, including shepherd, overseer, elder, and bishop. The second office, also noted in Phil. 1.1, is the deacon. Deacons manage the serving ministries of the church under the guidance of the pastors. The role of deacon is biblically supported by Acts 6, where they were appointed to oversee the distribution of food in the early church.
